High Performance Computing on Bioinformaticss |

Due to the grant growth of sequencing technologies a variety of bio-data have been revealed, the challenge to process and analyze these data becomes more and more important. Efficient database, high performance computing, cloud computing services, AI methodologies, and so forth have been applied to overcome this challenge. HPCB 2021 is intended to provide a forum for researchers to present their contributions as technical papers related to the new computation methods for analyzing big data in bioinformatics and all kinds of successful and potential applications. The papers solicited in HPCB 2021 cover a variety of topics including but not limited to:
We invite you to submit papers with unpublished, original research describing recent advances on the areas related to this workshop. All papers will undergo peer review by the conference program committee. All papers accepted will be included in the Workshop Proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society Press and will be available at the workshops. Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their papers for submission to special issues in prestigious Journals.
Paper Submission:All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference website (https://wi-lab.com/cyberchair/2020/bibm20/scripts/submit.php?subarea=S13&undisplay_detail=1&wh=/cyberchair/2020/bibm20/scripts/ws_submit.php) with PDF format. The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. Each paper is limited to 6 pages (or 10 pages with the over length charge). including figures and references using IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style (two columns, single-spaced, 10 fonts). Publication:Papers accepted for this workshop will be published by the IEEE Computer Society and distributed to the participants.Distinguished papers, after further revisions, will be published in Journals.
